Property Owner
Onyx Plan
This membership is designed for a property owner that has a property that comprises of houses, cottages, etc with no more than 3 separate units per erf / address.

R600.00 | 2 Call Outs / Per Month

Clients to purchase the material, consumables and hire specialized equipment. This membership is a labour only membership. All member call out benefits expire at the end of every month (no benefits will be carried over to the new month.) Call out time frame – 1 hour. Additional call out at R400.00 per hour after the monthly allocations is used up. Additional call out fees will be invoiced, payment to be made by EFT or credit card. Membership fee payment by debit order only. The member will be active after the first successful payment is received. A customer can have multiple memberships. A membership belongs to a single customer or company per address.
Managed Properties
Quartz Plan
This membership is designed for Trustees, HOAs and Body Corporates that own or manage interior and common areas for multi dwelling units and more on a single erf/ address that comprises of complexes, townhouses, clusters, flats and offices.
